Metrogaine and cyclogaine - Phillip Island

A metrogaine is a bushwalking race around a town and the surrounding countryside.  These are like rogaines, but tend to be less competitive, with teams stopping for pubs and coffee shops.  If you enter the cyclogaine, you are allowed to break the usual rule prohibiting bikes.

The course will cover Phillip Island, starting and finishing in Cowes.  Details and instructions for entering are on the VRA website.

This event is run by the Victorian Rogaining Association, but MUMC will hold a trip meeting a fortnight before to organise teams and transport.  If you fail to attend, we might not be able to find you a place on a team.
