AAWT Maintenance trip 2

Requirements: Previous long hiking experience Prepared to carry heavy packs

Parks Victoria and Conservation Volunteers Australia are doing maintenance work to the Australian Alpine Walking Track (AAWT) over the next few months. Since we often walk parts of this track it would be great if some people are able to help out in it's maintenance. These trips require you to be able to carry 10kg of gear in addition to your hiking gear. Previous long hiking trip experience essential.

First section is Wallace Hut/Cope hut area, bogong high plans, easier walking but will be carrying rubber tiles for resurfacing and timber water bars and steps.
