Club Rooms/O-Week Working Bee

Requirements: Willingness to work

Lets tidy up the club rooms and make sure everything is looking great for o-week and the first month back of uni. We'll try and make sure there are a whole heap of different jobs for people to do so come in for the whole day or whatever time you can spare.

Some of the tasks that need doing:

- Jazzing up all of the sports noticeboards with photo's, maps, stories, information. We can have people creating content as a group and people organising the boards themselves.

- General construction around the club rooms to make things less sterile.

• Assemble a pin board
• Painting the ski store wall
• Mount Pin Boards
• Put together some rope hangers
• Ply backing board for a cupboard
• Some plastering
• Plenty of sanding
• Painting direction signs
• Bouldering wall exploration?

- Design, construction and planning for O-Week

• Fix up and put together the caving problem
• Assemle six A-frame sign boards
• Make a new OXOman stencil/template
• Posters?

Bring some lunch/snacks along and then we might get some takeaway and beverages for dinner before heading out to White Night where the city puts on a pretty spectacular show for the whole night.
