Grow West is a collaborative landscape restoration project operating in the west of Melbourne. Now in its 11th year, the project aims to connect existing public reserves in the Werribee catchment through restoration and planting work on private property.

This year, the annual community planting day will take place in Rowsley on Sunday, July 20

Brochure with info about the day:
http://www.growwest.com.au/resources/docs/Community%20Planting%20Day%20Info%20Kit%202014.pdf
This includes instructions for the day, info about the planting site, lots of FAQ and more. In other words, it's your first point of call for any questions! :)

You will need:
Warm clothes, hat, gloves and sturdy footwear. To minimize waste, please bring your own water bottle, cup, plate and cutlery for lunch. Lunch & afternoon tea will be supplied.

To register:

1. register online - as always, early registration is recommended

2. get in touch with me - conservation at mumc dot or dot au - to help organise car pooling (let me know if you have a car & how many passengers you can take, or if you need transport). I will do my best to help, but the trip relies on the availability of a car & driver.
