The 2014 AGM will be held on the 19th of August. It is coming up quickly, so is the election of the new committee. The AGM will be held at the Clubrooms from about 7 pm.

Want to get involved? Got some great ideas for the club? Want to launch a crazy project ? Time to get you nomination in!

Nomination forms are available at the clubrooms. To run for a position on the committee, you need to fill one out and find 2 people to second your nomination. Then drop the form in the nominations box at the clubrooms. Nominations are due no later than on the 12 of August.

Positions to be filled are:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
General Member (x2)
Publications Officer
Conservation Officer
Walking Sports Officer
Ropes Officer
Paddling Officer
Snow Officer
Mountaineering Officer

Deputy positions will be advertised and filled at committee meetings later in the year.
