Walk the Great Ocean Road this weekend on one of Victoria's iconic overnight hikes. We are heading down to the coast to try sneak in one last beach season hurrah before the cold weather sets in, and capitalise with some great hiking and spectacular views.

The exact sections of the track we will do are to be determined but expect tall forest and coastal woodlands in the Otways, to gently undulating terrain, potential koala viewing opportunities, heathland and beach walking, and the beautiful Southern Victorian coastline throughout. The incredibly scenic Walk ends within sight of the 12 Apostles.

The plan generally is to drive up on Friday evening, camp overnight and set off early Saturday morning after a car shuffle. We will hike in to camp on Saturday night and finish the walk on Sunday afternoon, then head home.

Trip size will depend on numbers of cars and leaders. The trip is open to beginners and all levels but let us know if you have never done an overnight hike before.

You must attend the trip meeting on Tuesday 5th April. Email any questions or issues to .
