Mt Feathertop Skitour - Downhill Skiing/snowboarding

Requirements: Ski equipment, preferably alpine touring equipment. There is some possibility for people to join on as non-skiers and hike near us in the area, and for xc skiers to join as well.

Heading up to Feathertop for a look-see. Pretty awesome skiing up there to be had. 

Plan is to head up Friday night from Harrietville up Bungalow Spur and stay next to Federation Hut. Then ski and skin/bootpack some southerly aspects of Feathertop (the main face, see http://huckanddyno.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/feathertop.jpg).

Intermediates-advanced skier only. Need to be able to ski black runs confidently. There is some leeway here, please come speak to me in person at the trip meeting. Can possible have some people on snowshoes/xc skis and they can have an explore of the area.
