Hey Oxo's,

Its the best time of year... Christmas time, so lets celebrate.

So, there are many of us (or maybe just me) that have stuck to one sport and never taken the opportunity to try the other sports that the club has to offer.  So this year, the christmas party is your chance to try a sport you either haven't tried or don't do all that often.  Saturday is the main party day with Sunday the sobering up and cleaning days

The Plan is as follows:

Saturday 6th December: Everyone drive up in the morning.  Will aim to get everyone up there by 10.30am to start activities at 11am.

There will hopefully be three activities for us to do during the day Saturday.  They are Climbing, Paddling and a Rogaine (this may turn into a bush walk if i can't get anyone to set up).  So sign up for something you have not had a go at before, or don't get the chance to do often!

Then hopefully arrive back at the house around 5pm to start the real party.  From 6pmish onwards will be the BBQ and party.  Food will be provided but the drinks are BYO!!

Then party as late as you like! And keep me (Roisin) from climbing the rafters....

Then Sunday will be a pretty lazy start followed by making Tom's place even more presentable than when arrived!! Breakfast and Lunch provided.

Now for the housekeeping:

The cost of the weekend will be $25 each. This will include 2 x lunch (sat and sun), 1 x dinner (BBQ food) and 1 x breakfast (that will be planned by Heather, so expect big things!!). Organise petrol in each of your car groups.

On the Tuesday 2nd December we will sort everyone into Car groups and sports for Saturday.  Also make sure you grab sleeping matts and bags as there will be plenty of floor space to sleep.  Depending on numbers some people will also need tents.

- Drinks for Sat night will be BYO
- Vegetarians let me or Tom know so we can cater
- Bring Board games and cards etc

Hope to see you all there!

Merry Christmas!!
