Snowy Mountains Caving Trip - Yagby and Cooleman

Requirements: Preference for previous caving and abseil experience however neither are required.

Signups will close mid January to allow for permit applications to be finalised.

Yarrangobilly has large well decorated caves often with large open sections connected by more sporty obstacles.

The caves at nearby Cooleman are smaller however the walk to the caves down the gorge is prettier.

Trip Dates:

24-26 January (Australia Day long weeked) leaving evening of the 23rd.

Possibility of extending trip to start 22nd and end 27th.

Standard:

Previous caving experience is preferred but not required if you're interested and haven't been caving before or haven't done much please talk to me

Abseil experience preferred (not requried).

Accomodation: Camping only facilities are Pit Toilets (BYO paper)

Gear Hire: $30 or $15 if not using club batteries - i.e have own (suitable) light

Car/Petrol estimate $80-$100
