Requirements: There won't be any trip meeting, I'll organise the car-pooling (subject to car spots available) via email.
Join the CEC (Conservation Ecology Centre) field team on the monitoring of the population of koalas and the health of their favourite food trees on the beautiful Cape Otway.
The field team will meet at the CEC, 635 Lighthouse Road Cape Otway, on the 24th, 25th and 26th of February at 9.30am. Lunch will be provided.
Sign up below and email me the dates of your availability (1, 2 or all 3 days): conservation <at> mumc <dot> org <dot> au, and I’ll arrange the necessary. Bring with you clothes for all seasons. Sturdy boots, hat, sunscreen and a water bottle are also a necessity.
If you intend to stay for the night, you can camp at Bimbi Park (camp fees: $20 per night for 2 people). Bookings need to be arranged directly with Bimbi Park, www.bimbipark.com.au
