Biggest XC ski race in the Southern Hemisphere with distances of 7, 21 and 42km. Use lightwieght gear (not what the club has) and 21km is very achievable for anyone as fit as most MUMCers are.
We usually get a car load or two up there for the race on Saturday and either a wander around the XC trails on the Sunday or a day in the resort working on some telemarking.
It will not clash with Midnight Ascent this year.
